During our 1st Transnational Meeting held in Split at the beginning of May, we started the 1st day agenda with a mindfulness practice.

As Ondamind aps, an organization based on a mindful attitude, we strongly promote taking care of all team members’ mindsets before starting a meeting.


Shortly, we can mention some benefits generated from cultivating Mindfulness in the workplace:

We took a look at how mindfulness practices can be helpful in our personal and work life. We strongly believe that a mindful attitude mixed with art therapy activities is a very interesting methodology in order to promote the well-being of everyone
